Assessment Collection            An account is opened in the name of the Association at any full service bank desired, although Rancho Santa Fe National Bank does provide the company with daily courier service as well as a number of other free services of value to Associations. All assessments are made payable to the Association and deposited directly into the Association's account. Our automatic check readers provide fast and extremely accurate recordation of payments. Our error rate is less than 1 in 100,000 payments processed.
