Our Customer Service Department, as a reflection of our company, begins and ends with people.  While our computer hardware and software systems are cutting edge, you will never be greeted by an automated answering system. In fact, Marcia Counselman, our Office Manager and highest paid administrative employee, answers the phone most of the time. She joined our company in 1991 and knows all Board members voices by heart. In fact, if you call our office twice, chances are very good that, by the third call, she will greet you by name before you have a chance to identify yourself. And don't worry if Marcia doesn't answer your call. All of our staff members are dedicated to solving your problem rather than "taking a message."
